Lawyer
Pericleous Michail LLC is looking to recruit a lawyer for full-time employment at its Limassol office. Hiring immediately.
Duties
- Legal transactional matters in the fields of property law, corporate and commercial law, including negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements and other legal documents.
- Civil litigation, including drafting correspondence, pleadings, applications and other related documents and appearing in Court.
- Legal research, including rendering legal opinions and advice.
- Liaising with clients, the Court Registry, the Land Registry, the Tax Department and other public authorities.
- Collaborating with the rest of the legal team on other duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
- Cyprus Bar Association Professional Licence.
- Literate in Greek and English, spoken and written.
- Computer literate, including in MS Office and Outlook.
- Motivated and responsible.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to work under pressure.
Considered an advantage
- Masters’ in law (LLM) or other professional legal course;
- Prior litigation or transactional experience.
