Christos regularly undertakes complex corporate and commercial disputes and has niche litigation expertise in Court proceedings involving breach of contract, commercial fraud, asset recovery and shareholders’ disputes. He is also well-versed in both pursuing and defending freezing order applications and jurisdictional set-aside challenges. Christos’ litigation expertise extends to property and construction litigation, while he has specific experience in drafting and reviewing a range of commercial contracts, including in particular technology contracts, data privacy law, taxation and property law.
Christos studied law at City University London and obtained his Masters in Law in International Taxation with distinction at King’s College London.
Following his return to Cyprus, Christos spent 7 years at the litigation department of one of the largest law firms in Cyprus, where he also undertook his vocational training. During his time there, he was actively and consistently involved in large corporate and commercial litigation projects for high net-worth individuals, multinational corporations as well as European and non-European banks and other financial institutions. Christos also gained wide exposure to property litigation and took select engagements in banking litigation and personal injury. Moreover, he regularly advised local and international clients on dispute resolution strategy, financial regulation, corporate insolvency and property, while also drafting agreements and other legal documents.
Christos is a firm believer in continuing education and is currently pursuing further courses in Advanced Cypriot and International Taxation and legal technology. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the European Legal Technology Association.

Chryso undertakes transactional work in various fields of corporate law, commercial law and property law. She is specialized in corporate governance matters and regularly drafts tailored resolutions to affirm corporate decision-making, shareholders’ agreements and corporate finance documents. Chryso is also widely experienced in corporate reorganizations, including re-domiciliations to and from Cyprus and the EU, and immigration law.
Prior to co-founding Pericleous Michail LLC, Chryso trained at the litigation department of one of the largest law firms in Cyprus and subsequently went on to work at one of the largest corporate service providers in the island and, subsequently, an established advisory and fiduciary firm. This enabled Chryso to obtain valuable hands-on experience in a diverse range of non-contentious corporate, immigration and property matters, including but not limited to naturalization-by-investment applications, permanent residence permit applications, the formation and administration of trusts and other corporate structures and corporate Court petitions.
